Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation:
- Develop engaging, professional, and visually appealing posts (text, images, or short videos) following the monthly marketing calendar.
- Ensure content consistency across all platforms — maintaining unified branding, tone, and message.
- Coordinate with DiTa’s management or its Customers’ team for content review and approvals prior to posting.
2. Scheduling & Publishing:
- Prepare and schedule 4–8 posts per month across social platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others as needed.
- Select optimal posting times to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Maintain a clear monthly content calendar for planning and transparency.
3. Audience Management & Engagement:
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
- Support ongoing campaigns to increase followers, visibility, and engagement across all platforms.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and follower growth.
- Prepare a concise monthly performance report summarizing results and insights.
- Recommend content or strategy improvements based on data analytics.
5. Targeting & Advertising:
- Identify and define target audience segments for each campaign or post.
- Recommend simple paid boost or ad settings when appropriate.
- Track and assess ad performance to ensure efficiency and ROI.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing social media accounts (business or personal).
- Strong communication and writing skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, tone, and content relevance.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet posting schedules with minimal supervision.
Work Conditions
- Type: Part-Time / Flexible schedule.
- Working Hours: Approximately 3–5 hours per day (depending on calendar and campaigns).
- Location: Remote (Work from Home).
- Reporting to: Company Manager / Marketing Lead.
