Sales Representative

Location: Cairo, Egypt - Remote Work with Occasional In-Person Meetings
Type: Contract-Based
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years


Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell DiTa’s digital transformation, business consultancy, and advisory services to existing and new clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Identify and approach potential clients to expand DiTa’s customer base and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct virtual and physical meetings with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored DiTa solutions.
- Collaborate with DiTa’s management and technical teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and client communications in English.
- Record, track, and manage all client interactions and sales opportunities through CRM tools, with continuous reporting for Sales Pipleline
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business consultancy, digital services, or B2B advisory sales.
- Proven ability to promote and sell digital and business services to corporate and SME clients.
- Advanced English writing and communication skills (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Odoo, Zoho, or similar).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage multiple leads efficiently.
- Availability to meet clients both physically and virtually when required.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about helping businesses grow through digital and innovative solutions. 

Work Conditions
- Work Schedule: 5 working days per week.
- Working Hours: Flexible Hours Approximately 7–9 hours per day.
- Contract-based engagement with competitive remuneration.
- Attractive commission structure based on performance and closed deals.
