IT Support & Administrator

Location: Egypt - Remote & Client-Based
Type: Full-Time / Contract-Based
Experience Required: Minimum 6 years


Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and related hardware.
- Respond promptly to user requests via remote support tools or in-person visits.

System Administration:
- Maintain and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and user accounts.
- Monitor system performance and security, ensuring backups and updates are regularly performed.
- Implement best practices for IT operations and data security.
- Manage software licenses, antivirus systems, and system access control.

Client Support & Coordination:
- Provide professional, client-facing IT support under DiTa’s service standards.
- Communicate effectively with client teams to ensure their IT systems remain functional and efficient.
- Coordinate with DiTa’s management team for service reports, performance updates, and technical recommendations.

Infrastructure & Continuous Improvement:
- Support hardware upgrades, system migrations, and infrastructure expansion projects.
- Identify potential issues and suggest proactive technical solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation for systems, configurations, and client service activities. 

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT support and administration roles.
- Solid knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Windows, macOS, and common enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN setups.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to support multiple clients remotely and on-site as needed.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong client service orientation.

Work Conditions
 - Work Schedule: 5 working days per week.
- Working Hours: Approximately 7–9 hours per day.
- Work Mode: Combination of remote and client-based (depending on client needs).
- Contract Type: Full-time or contract-based outsourcing arrangement.
