Location: Cairo - Egypt (Remote Work with Occasional In-Person Meetings)

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Coordination Support:
- Provide administrative support to DiTa’s management and consultants in daily operations.
- Prepare professional offers, letters, and documents in both English and Arabic.
- Arrange and organize meetings (physical and virtual), including agenda preparation, logistics, and minutes of meeting.
- Maintain organized digital files and records for all projects and company documentation.
- Report periodically to DiTa management team statuses and updates about all open activities/projects within DiTa (such as, accountant follow up for -monthly tax filing, project statuses for each customer …etc)
Project Management Support:
- Coordinate between DiTa’s internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
- Support project reporting, documentation, and internal communication processes.
CRM & Office Tools Management:
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client data, communication logs, and project information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client communication using Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely follow-up on pending actions.
Communication & Client Interaction:
- Communicate professionally with clients and partners in both English and Arabic.
- Support correspondence, meeting coordination, and client-facing document preparation.
- Handle inquiries promptly and maintain a professional and service-oriented approach.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or project support roles (preferably within consultancy or professional services).
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and reliability.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Conditions
- Full-time or contract-based engagement (depending on profile).
- Remote working model, with flexibility and occasional in-person meetings in Cairo.
- Working Hours: Flexible Hours - Approximately 7–8 hours per day.
